Terms & Conditions (November 2024)
1. This Instagram giveaway is only open to Canadian & US residents 18+, excluding Quebec, and Rhode Island.
2. No purchase necessary to enter
3. The following actions determine entry into draw and must be done prior to contest closing date:
a. Follow Backseat Bivy Instagram account.
b. Like the post on Instagram related to the giveaway.
c. Sign up for the Backseat Bivy newsletter on the website.
d. Bonus entry- tag a friend in the post.
If steps a-c are completed noted above that is 1 contest entry, and up to 1 bonus entry for tagging a friend step d.
4. Grand prize:a. A car camping setup from Backseat Bivy- The OG Bivy. $137 USD
b. Backseat Bivy branded trail runner hat- $30 USD
6. The prize package will be mailed within 15 days of the contest closing date.
7. The winner is required to answer a skill testing question.
8. Note, odds of winning are based on the number of successful entries, entry requirements noted above.
9. The contest closes November 17th 11:59pm MST with the winner being announced November 18th via Backseat Bivy's Instagram story. Winner will have 4 hours to reply to message to ensure contest requirements are fulfilled in entirety.
