Refunds

Our products are backed with a 30 day return policy from the time the goods are received. In order to be eligible for a return the product can not be used and in the condition it was received in. All original packaging must be kept along with proof of purchase. 

There is a restocking fee*, see below.

To initiate a return please email hello@backseatbivy.com. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label (Canada/US) and instructions on the next steps in the return process. 

Once your returned product is inspected and approved for a refund we will notify you. It may take up to a week for the refund to be processed onto your credit card. The refund 

Damaged product

If you receive product that is damaged please notify us immediately so we can rectify the situation.

 

*All returns are subject to a $15 USD/CAD restocking fee. Returns from International locations Backseat Bivy will not cover shipping costs unless product is damaged upon arrival.
