Refunds

Our products are backed with a 30 day return policy from the time the goods are received. In order to be eligible for a return the product can not be used and in the condition it was received in. All original packaging must be kept along with proof of purchase. 

To initiate a return please email hello@backseatbivy.com. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label (Canada/US) and instructions on the next steps in the return process. 

Once your returned product is inspected and approved for a refund we will notify you. It may take up to a week for the refund to be processed onto your credit card.

Damaged product

If you receive product that is damaged please notify us immediately so we can rectify the situation.

 

*All returns from International locations Backseat Bivy will not cover shipping costs unless product is damaged upon arrival.
